Reitan Convenience Norway’s concept expands beyond airports

The Reitan Convenience Norway’s concept, originally developed for airport environments, is now being piloted in Norwegian shopping centres. Our latest project involved a full store refurbishment at Gardermoen. Renovations in the airport’s red zone are particularly demanding due to extensive security requirements for all trades and suppliers, but the project was completed smoothly thanks to strong coordination across all parties.

Reitan Convenience Norway expressed high satisfaction with the final delivery. This installation also marked the first time Epta Norway supplied Costan products from Italy, introducing the customer to a new range of solutions. For the project, Epta delivered GranVista multidecks and Funky next plug-in multidecks from the Costan line, along with Iarp Svaba islands, counters and additional equipment supplied in cooperation with our trusted partners. The GranVista cabinets were integrated into the same refrigeration system used for the cold and freezer rooms, enabling more efficient use of back store space.

Effective collaboration with both the customer and suppliers was key to the project’s success.

Reitan Convenience Norway’s Northland café concept—featured in this installation—is now planned for rollout in multiple shopping centres across Norway.
